A NEW breed of drugs 50 times more powerful than fentanyl could cause a “tsunami” of deaths in the UK, experts are warning. Dubbed Frankenstein drugs, nitazenes — which are man-made to mimic the effects of opioids such as heroin — can be mixed with other drugs to create much stronger, and often fatal, results. As well as being used in heroin, they are also being found in anxiety medication such as Xanax, that can be easily bought online.

A JAGUAR E-Type that was "left in a barn" for nearly 50 years after a crash has sold for a bargain price - and it could be worth much more. The gorgeous classic was put up for auction on eBay after decades of storage and is in need of some major restoration. The low-slung sportster is a 1970 Coupe model and has just 47,000 miles on the clock. Its seller explained in the online ad that it had been involved in a single-car accident in the 1970s which saw it leave the road at speed and roll into a woodland area.

The 30-year-old X Factor star shared the snap earlier this evening as he prepared to go on stage for his role in Hair: The Musical. In the photo, Jake is near-nude and beaming as he shows off the various inkings that cover his body. The star's toned torso is on full display, with his modesty protected by a brown fringed thong, which he previously revealed is his costume for the first half of the stage production.

MYSTERY blue lights were seen flashing in the sky just moments before the horror earthquake that killed 2,900 people in Morocco. The intriguing bursts of light were captured on CCTV at a home in Agadir approximately three minutes before the disaster.  The short clip on X shows a single blue flash on the top left corner of the shot, followed by a second burst of light seconds later. A similar phenomenon has been observed before the earthquake in Turkey earlier this year, which claimed the lives of 45,000 people.
