A TEEN boy has been charged with murdering a man who was stabbed to death in the street. Ronique Thomas, 33, was knifed in Birmingham in the early hours of Wednesday morning. Sadly he couldn't be saved and was declared dead at the scene. A 17-year-old boy has now been charged with murder, robbery and possession of a bladed article in a public place.
